Description

Spontaneous mutation of a Washington variety bud discovered by Wayne Barnfield in Australia in 1980.

Vigorous tree that is round in shape and open in growth. Thorns may be found in the leaf axils of the more vigorous branches, which will disappear over time.

Flowers lack pollen and fruit is round, large and orange in colour. Just like the other Navel varieties, the fruit has a navel.

The pulp has good organoleptic conditions and a high percentage of juice that quickly acquires a bitter taste due to the presence of limonin.
